1. What is it?
• A smoothing, silicone-free primer that aims to create an even base for makeup application and helps prolong wear.
2. Price?
• $32.00CAD for 30mL
3. Ingredient list?
• Lots of good oils (Soy Bean, Olive, Lanolin, Calendula, Safflower), fatty alcohols, Vitamin A&E;, Papaya and Camellia Leaf extracts. It’s good, rich and hydrating.
4. Texture and scent?
• A lightweight, hydrating lotion and has an almost medicinal/botanical scent.
5. Does it work?
• Yes! It’s smoothing, hydrating and my makeup last longer with it!
6. Repurchase?
• Maybe, if I miss it after my sample runs out.

I was expecting this sunscreen to be lightweight because of the name 'Water Gel' alas I find it to be too heavy for my dry-normal skin. What makes it unique is the texture, it's like a moisturizer but that also means you will be doubling up on your moisturizer. Imagine slapping on two thick layers of moisturizer on your skin? You'll be transform into a grease ball. I wish they would market this differently, as in a high SPF moisturizer instead of a sunscreen then it might have worked better.
This also caused my primers and foundations to pill so it's not really my favourite to use under makeup. It's an okay sunscreen but one that I reach for only on my no-makeup days.

I received a small sample of this cream which allows me to try only for a few days. It's an okay moisturizer but I didn't get enough to test it properly. It's a touch too lightweight for my dry-normal and mature skin so I have to add a couple drops of facial oils for the extra boost of hydration.

I have nothing but good to say about this Dove Shower Foam. Actually it's a permanent staple in my routine since last year! Yes, I have long been using this, actually since they were first launched last year!
The scent is soft, refreshing and even though it's foam, a bottle will last my husband and I up to 3 months! All I need is a pump on the loofah and it's enough to wash my whole body.
The ingredient list is also better than most as it does NOT contain SLS or SLES which are known irritants. This shower foams keeps my skin soft and moisturized and definitely not stripping. I'm glad that Dove released a sensitive skin version so everyone can try this!
Will forever repurchase!

I have been using crystal deodorant for the past 3 years so adding this into my routine again was an interesting experience. For the record, I don't sweat a lot so my underarms are never icky or so to speak. I find this deodorant to be just okay, nothing special.
The good? It doesn't cause a reaction, it didn't stain my clothes, it didn't make my underarm areas clammy and uncomfortable and it has a very soft scent.
The bad? Nothing to be honest but it didn't wow me either. Overall an okay product but I probably won't repurchase.

My husband sweats A LOT so he tends to be very fussy about anti-perspirants and thankfully, he really likes this! It kept his underarms comfortable, odours at bay and it doesn't stain the shirts. The scent is also softer than most men's anti-perspirants (I'm looking at you, Old Spice) which is a refreshing change. Definitely a repurchase in the future!

Most natural shampoo creates extremely little foam to cleanse and you usually need double (sometimes triple!) the usual amount to wash the hair. That doesn't happen with this shampoo because it surprisingly foams up really well. It cleanse my hair really well and unlike most volume shampoo, it doesn't dry out my hair. I tested it by washing my hair every day for 4 days with it and my hair feels healthy, bouncy and full of volume without any dryness!
Just for a note, I have virgin thin and very fine hair and this shampoo does wonders for my hair. Will forever repurchase!

I have tried a few natural, vegan haircare and hands down this is by far the best brand without breaking the bank. Most natural conditioner tends to be way too heavy for my hair but this is PERFECTION. The texture is light but hydrating and the best part? It rinses off very easily!
It nourishes my hair while giving it beautiful volume and the scent is soft, fresh and natural. This might just be my favourite drugstore brand conditioner ever!

I first saw this brand at London Drugs and the brand's goals and mottos definitely attracted my attention. A beauty brand that promises to deliver the best results while doing everything they can to minimize carbon footprint sounds a touch too good to be true but wow, this body wash proves otherwise.
First of all, the scent is heavenly, not overpowering and smells very natural. There is no coconut scent to it instead it smells like a basket of fresh citruses, very refreshing. I used it with a loofah and a little goes a long way. It foams up beautifully and rinses off really quickly! The best part? It leaves my skin feeling very soft, smooth and hydrated! Absolutely love this and will be repurchasing once I'm done with this bottle!
