I’ve been really enjoying Goldy’s Superseed Instant Oatmeal Protein+ as an easy breakfast, especially on busier mornings. It has a great nutritional balance with 10 grams of protein and 5 grams of fibre, which actually keeps me full and satisfied. I also love the texture! It has a bit of crunch that makes it feel more filling and a step up from typical instant oatmeal. It’s super convenient too, since all you have to do is add hot water and it’s ready in minutes.
