I absolutely love the NOW Pumpkin Spice Essential Oil Blend—it's like fall in a bottle! The warm, sweet scent instantly makes my space feel cozy and inviting. I use it in my diffuser at home, and it reminds me of fresh pumpkin pie and spiced lattes. **Personal Review: NOW Essential Oils – Muscle Zen™ Blend**
After long shifts in the kitchen and being on my feet all day, my body is usually screaming for relief—and that’s where NOW’s Muscle Zen™ Blend has really come through for me. I mix a few drops with sweet almond oil and use it for a self-massage or get someone to work it into my shoulders and lower back. The scent is *spicy and bold*—a mix of clove, peppermint, and wintergreen—that hits you right away, but in a good way. It actually wakes me up a bit before helping me settle into that relaxed, loose state.
What I love most is the warming sensation it brings. It doesn’t burn, but you can definitely feel it working—like a natural version of those muscle rubs, minus the chemicals. It’s especially clutch after a heavy lifting day or any time I’m sore from work. The aroma hangs around too, giving off this grounding, almost spa-like vibe.
Only thing I’d say is to **definitely dilute it well**. It’s powerful, so don’t go overboard with the drops. But overall, it’s become a staple in my routine for winding down and taking care of my body. Highly recommend if you want something natural that actually works.
