I’ve been using the TheraBreath Whitening Oral Rinse for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It gives that clean, fresh feeling without the harsh burn most mouthwashes have — which is a big win for me.
What I love most is how gentle the formula is. There’s no alcohol, no artificial dyes, and yet it still helps brighten my teeth and protect against new stains. I’ve noticed a subtle whitening effect, especially on surface stains from coffee and tea.
The taste is light and refreshing, and it leaves my mouth feeling super clean. Plus, it's vegan, gluten-free, and halal — which makes it feel even more thoughtful and inclusive as a product.

I’ve tried a lot of spot treatments, but these patches from PanOxyl are officially part of my go-to routine. The hydrocolloid design is super gentle on my skin — no dryness, no burning, just a calming effect overnight. I applied one on a red, inflamed breakout before bed, and by morning, the spot looked noticeably flatter and less irritated.
I also love that it’s Benzoyl Peroxide-free, so it doesn’t stain my pillow or cause flaking. The packaging is clean and easy to use, and the patches stay put all night.
