I have been taking this now for a few weeks and I have noticed that during cold and flu season it seems to be keeping my immune system stronger which I love! I have also noticed a significant change in my nails and hair loss. It seems to be making my nails stronger which is an amazing thing for me because my nails are always peeling and brittle. Another possible change I’ve noticed but it’s hard to tell for sure without testing it longer is my sleep seems to be getting better which if this is the case after further testing is enough for me to say YES and keep on! All in all I have noticed several key changes and am super impressed. I did a bit of research and discovered it’s pretty common to be zinc deficient because getting it from diet alone is hard so this was a welcome product test for me and I am thankful I got to try this and upgrade several areas of my life!

I sometimes get stubborn body acne and this is the ONLY product I’ve found that not only helps in active break out but prevents future break outs. It’s not drying on my skin, leave me feeling clean but moisturized. It’s a must have if you have stubborn acne prone skin on your face or your body!!

I love that Blue Lizard is a Mineral sunscreen and that is SPF 50, added bonus is that it is ideal for kids’ sensitive skin. Application is super easy with the spray nozzle. Love that it dries clear and is infused with skin-conditioning Blue Algae. Lasts about 80 minutes and is water resistant. My favorite thing is that it is vegan and made without Oxybenzone or Octinoxate making it reef-friendly, and made without chemicals.

I gave it a four stars because I have only had three weeks to try this. I have noticed some changes and I am eager to keep taking it to see if it gets better!
So far I have noticed it does help with my sleeping, which is one of the main perimenopausal symptoms I am suffering with. I love that it is a Canadian company and it is all natural. It doesn’t affect my body composition which is also amazing!

I was pretty excited when this came up for me as I have been wanting to something like this for my hair for awhile. I dye my hair and use heat to style more often than I should so I needed this!!
First impression is that it smells amazing, it is easy to apply and you don’t need a lot. I did find at first that while my hair was drying it felt a bit heavy but that quickly goes away as it dries. I have been using it for about 3 weeks 1 or 2 twice a week and I have noticed a huge difference in my hair. I do think if I had the whole line of products it would be better to see the full effect. I will be grabbing the other products so I can see how amazing my hair can be!

Ok I know talking about body acne is awkward but it happens to EVERYONE!! What better time to have been chosen to try this product out, right as it’s getting warmer out for me. I struggle with the occasional breakout and it’s usually due to dry skin from winter weather or sweatier skin in the summer. So having this on hand has been amazing!! I love that it sprays super easy, and at any angle so you can do it yourself. It seems to be helping clear up my breakouts but I haven’t had much time with it before I had to review it. I will for sure be using it and if it continues to impress which I have no doubt it will because panoxyl is sooo good I will repurchase.

I get heartburn mostly at night and found after a few nights of taking this with dinner and one before bed it did seem to help. I wasn’t waking up through the night with heart burn anymore which is amazing. I used to live on taking antacids which is a bandaid solution. I am hopeful this product will help more long term and keep me heartburn free so I can sleep better at night!! -

So I was pretty excited to try this product! I just turned 42 this year and I am fairly sure I have been experiencing perimenopausal symptoms for years. I struggle with sleep issues, itchy ears, sluggishness, anxiety. This helped with some of these things but I’m not sure 3 months was long enough so I have purchased another bottle so I can keep going! The symptom relief I experienced was enough for me to want to keep going. I noticed it helped with my sleepless nights, it helped with mind clarity and I did notice a difference in my skin and nails. All good things!

We are doing a lot of Reno’s in our house all the time because it was built in the 70’s and one of the ones we are working on before the winter is fixing up our exterior doors. We fixed up the door frames and added new weather stripping and reframed the doors so this product came at a perfect time! It works really good and was super easy to apply. We repainted the walls around our front door and this product was super helpful in that process!!
