I received 2 packages for free to try this out. Unfortunately after completing the program I can say there were no positive benefits but my menopausal acene is worse then ever. It did not help with any of my other symtoms but definitely made my acene go from 1 or 2 problem zits to both sides completely broke. Out. Definitely do not recomend    -
