Bought the Made-in-Japan water bottle but only last for a couple of months. Would not keep warm at all. Tiger Canada refused to deal with it. Said they had a 5 years warranty but needed to go through their dealer. The retailer said that the return policy was 14 days and you needed to deal with the manufacturer directly. So, ended up with an $80 made-in-japan but without the advertised Japanese quality water bottle. What a disappointment! Thinking to bring it back to Tiger Japan on my next trip and maybe they can figure out what is wrong. I will not buy Tiger brand products anymore!    -
