Another great Kbeauty find! Being over 50 (gasp!), my skin has changed. It’s drier and more sensitive, so I’ve had to switch up what I’m using. This barrier cream has centella, ceramides, and panthenol. I’m not a scientist so I don't know how those ingredients work but I do know my skin feels better when I use it. It has that thicker texture at first, but it melts in and leaves my skin looking more even and feeling more hydrated. I use it as my daily moisturizer. I always squeeze out a little extra and rub the excess into my hands and elbows because it feels so soothing and good.

My new favorite base! I tried the Erborian CC Cream in the shade Fair. I’m 54 and my skin is starting to develop those pesky lines. On top of that, it can be oily, dry in different places at different times. My skin also tends to get red around my cheeks and nose. Not full face red. Just enough that I always feel like I need to fix it. All of this creates a challenge for finding a great base/ foundation. I’m not exaggerating when I say this CC cream felt like it was formulated for me. This evened everything out beautifully without feeling heavy.
I started with moisturizer and applied this over it. It went on white and then magically adjusted perfectly as I blended. It gives light coverage but still somehow made my skin look flawless. The redness softened, my tone looked even, lines were blurred and everything just looked pulled together.
My skin looks that great when I use this. It’s the perfect base for my makeup and it held up all day! I'm stocking up!
