It comes with 90 gummy vitamins in a bottle and you need to take two a day. They are perfect for those who don't like to swallow pills. The lemon-Orange flavor doesn't taste bad at all and isn't too citrusy. They taste like candy the only difference is they are good for you. These are great to take while trying to conceive, during pregnancy as well as while you are breastfeeding. I will continue to take these while trying to get pregnant but afterwards I will probably switch to a brand with higher folic acid. Although these are gluten free it says on the bottle they are made in a facility that contains egg, fish, shellfish, soy and tree nuts. So if you are sensitive or allergic to these things you may want to find another brand. -

I love most benefit products and this one did not disappoint. I normally use a pencil when I fill in my eyebrows. This was my first time using a mascara styled one. It did take some time to get used to using the brush and finding the right technique. I now have natural, softer looking filled in brows. I also like that the mascara wand groom's my unruly brows in place. I have medium brown hair and number 3 works perfect for me. If you want a natural look use this. If you prefer more defined I reccomend a pencil. -

I love a multi-tasking product and this not only cleans my skin but is also effective at removing my makeup. I do have to go over my eye makeup a few times with a cotton swab to get it all off but it's gentle and doesnt cause any irritation. You can rinse or use it as a leave on. In the morning I prefer to apply it to my face and then spray with thermal water and wipe with a pad and remove the rest with my toner. At the end of the day I usually apply it and clean more thoroughly rinsing with water and then apply more to get the rest of my eye makeup off using a cotton pad to wipe away any leftover eye makeup. It even removes my water proof makeup. I have tried a few IDC products in the past and can honestly say I like this brand. It's also supposed to protect against pollution which is great since I live in the city. -

This eye cream hydrated the surrounding eye area and smoothed out any fine lines beneath my eyes. It softened the crows feet on the outer corners of my eyes. It left the entire eye area soft and smooth without looking greasy. It's fragrance free and blends like a dream. It was gentle, not irritating my eyes at all. This product contains pro-retinol which with long term continuous use I know will only make my skin look better. I am soon to be 40 and everyone gives me 28-30 so I guess i'm doing something right. -

I have normal/combination skin and in my opinion this would be better suited towards those with mild to moderate dry skin. It is very basic so if that's what youre looking for this cream is for you. It definitely does what it claims to and left my skin feeling well moisturized. I'm thinking the Kiehl's Ultra Facial moisturizer would be better suited for my skin than this cream cause my skin wasnt dry enough to deink it up. I was fortunate to receive a sample of this for free. -

This serum absorbs into the skin makeing it feel soft and smooth and more even toned. Over time this seemed to reduce the appearance of my frown lines leaving them look less visible. I like that this contains antioxidants and helps protect my skin against environmental stressors. I do find this is a little expensive but it had a nice cooling effect on my skin that left it feeling refreshed and knowing that I'm taking care of my skin and protecting it makes it well worth the price. Not to mention very little of the product is needed so it lasts long time. -

The PG (Plaisirs Gastronomiques) brand is one of my favorites and this salad is absolutely delicious. Not only that but it's pleasing to the eye because of the array of color from the red and green peppers and corn. It contains small cubes of chicken breast. Although it is store boughten it has a homemade taste. Last time I had this I accompanied it with Portuguese chicken and vegetables and it was such a satisfying meal. Not to mention its it of protein per serving. -

I am used to curry flavored foods but haven't ate many dishes with turmeric. Although this was good someone who isn't accustomed to exotic spices may not like it or may need to get accustomed to it. I love how easy and fast this side dish is to prepare. You simply cook it in the oven for 10 minutes or fry it in the frying pan for 6 minutes. It is specially great when you're having a simple meal and your looking for something to accompany it that is a little more flavorful. -
