Love how rich and moisturizing this is on my dry sensitive skin. It glides on smooth and has a beautiful iridescent texture that leaves my skin with a beautiful sheen. The light floral scent of Jasmine and ylang ylang seems to soothe and calm my senses. Their new aluminum jar is refillable and who doesn't like an eco conscious brand.

When you have kids that go to school you know there's going to be colds and flus throughout the season. That's why I love to be Prepared with my favorite natural remedies.
Among them is this mentholatum rub. During the Christmas breaks all three of my kids had a cough and stuffy nose and this helped relieve the symptoms. I find it especially beneficial to help them get through the night.

Since my 40s I have noticed symptoms including mood swings, restless sleep, lower sex drive and the occasional hot flashes. I have never had cold feet in my life and was surprised to see that can be a perimenopause/Menopause symptoms.
I love that people are now are more informed and open on this subject and that we have natural products on the market to address this situation.
I have been taking one of these easy to swallow capsules daily and notice it has helped reduce these symptoms. I have been less moody which could be thanks to the better quality sleep I have had since taking these supplements and I notice I have had little to no hot flashes.

As a mother with three small children in school we are forever dealing with a sick child. That is why I was happy to be introduced to this Natural Defense syrup.
It's clinically proven to prevent and reduce the frequency of recurrent upper respiratory infections as well as common colds, sore throats and ear infections. I love that its for ages 3 to 10 so I can give it to my 4, 7 and 8 year old.
My 4 year old does not like taking medicine at all and we have to hide it in his drink. My 7 and 8 year old know what being sick is so they take it knowing it will help them keep good health.
You can feel good knowing this is alcohol, dye and gluten free.
