I bought it expecting it would have the same moisturizing effect than the other regular nivea balms, but it's not that moisturizing as the others. It also has kind of a sandy texture.

Oh, they are wonderful to clean bath tubs as well.

Polysporin® Cold Sore Healing Patch
Not sure if it helps to heal faster, but definetely makes you look less gross. No one can tell if you're trying to hide a pimple or a cold sore. ;) It is quite expensive though...
