It most certainly is soap, it did clean and wash my skin but being Ark eyes as a beauty bar I think I expected more from it. My skin still felt the same afterwards. I expected softer more silky burnished feeling skin after and it just felt the same... +

Ark eyes as a beauty bar I think I expected more from it. My skin still felt the same afterwards. I expected softer more silky burnished feeling skin after and it just felt the same if not drier. It did clean and all that but was just disappointed it could have had some scent or more moisture-zing I think.
