I really enjoyed Chapman’s Pecan Butter Tart Premium Ice Cream. The flavour feels very Canadian and nostalgic, but still fun and different from other ice creams I’ve tried.
The texture was rich and creamy, and I liked the mix of smooth ice cream with the crunchy pecan pieces and sweet butter tart-style pieces. It gave each bite a nice balance instead of being just plain sweet.
Compared to other caramel, butter pecan, or dessert-style ice creams, this one felt more unique because of the pecan butter tart flavour. It reminded me of a classic Canadian treat, but in ice cream form. I also loved that it’s made in Canada with 100% Canadian dairy and comes in a full 2L tub.
Overall, it’s a great summer dessert and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves butter tarts, pecans, or creamy dessert-style ice cream.
