I’ve ALWAYS had chapped lips, I live in the dry desert and don’t always drink enough water so that doesn’t help my case. But after trying chapstick after chapstick and finally giving up a friend recommended the burts bees line to me and it has been the ONLY brand to actually work. I will never use anything else    -
