I wanted to like this but after days of trying and not seeing one symptom relieved I just couldn't in good faith keep using it. I believe this to be nothing more than a placebo which my honestly help some people but did absolutely nothing for me. On the nights I used this product I had night sweats and hot flashes even worse. It could absolutely be concidence that my symptoms were worse on these nights than usual but I stopped taking them when it kept happening days in a row. I would not recommend.
