Yes I found this very easy to add to my daily routine I’d take it with my breakfast every morning. Absolutely adding benefits to my health by getting all the vitamins and minerals I need in a day. I found the multivitamin a little bit big in size, did have a slight after taste and at times upset my stomach if not enough food consumed. Overall an excellent vitamin, one stop shop. Love that its natural. -

Creamy very lighted weight wash would be better if it foamed more on the face when massaging in.
Rinses off nicely and leaves the face feeling clean.
Found that after using for a few days it was very drying to the skin and made it feel tight.

I received this product from Butterfly for free in exchange for my honest opinion. The bottle is very sparkly and shines with all the great features about the product definitely stands out. Bottle is easy to open and use, liquid is clear inside. You can smell the mint flavouring as soon as you open the bottle. The liquid is clear. Downside the mint flavouring is over powerful and tastes disgusting when swishing around in your mouth. Leaves you with a bad after taste that takes awhile to disappear. l've never used a mouthwash that's been a one and done. There needs to be improvements to the overall taste. I wasn't able to get the full benefits of the product as I couldn't use it again because of the taste. For adults and children over 12 use twice daily to get the full benefits.
