I have now taken this product for a total of two months. I have experienced less hot flashes that are more manageable and perhaps less sleeplessness, but I did not notice any change in fatigue, irritability, nervousness, or joint pain. I’m not sure if it was a coincidence but I actually had more migraines while taking the product. -

I am just about done taking the whole bottle of this product and have not had any noticeable difference in my menopausal symptoms. In fact I have slept worse in the last two weeks than prior to taking this product. A lot of menopausal symptoms though are hit and miss so the fact that I have not had any noticeable difference does not necessarily mean the product does not work. This could just be a coincidence. -

I took the product consistently for the full month and didn’t notice any changes at all. I wonder if I might see more results with a longer period of time taking the Promensil.
