I have a weak immune system, and get sick easily. I also have many allergies. My lungs felt weak and shortness of breath at the time. I also got over sickness over the winter with bronchitis symptoms. After taking as directed, one capsule a day, I noticed easier breathing. I received this product for free for my honest review. I have bought many other vitamins and supplements. Among several other brands, AOR is one brand I can easily go to and trust works well, with very little other unnecessary ingredients. Most are dairy-free. This one is vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free. The only other ingredients are sodium stearyl fumarate, silicone dioxide and microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose. There are 120 capsules, each containing 500mg of N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine. It also comes in a larger size with 240 capsules.
