I received the NYX Bare With Me Tinted Skin Veil for free for review from chick advisor.
I don’t wear foundation on a daily basis but have been looking for a light weight foundation to help even out my skin. It applied nicely, the colour blends perfectly with my skin tone and it lasted really well throughout most of the day! Looking forward to adding this to my morning make up routine!

I received NYX Bare With Me Prime. Set. Refresh. Multitasking Spray free for review from chick advisor. I don’t use sprays like this so this type of product is new to my make up routine. I struggle with my makeup lasting all day so I was excited to give this a try but also hesitant because of the cucumber in the product as I’m not a fan of the smell of it in my skin care products but this spray didn’t smell like cucumbers at all! However it had a very fragrant smell (maybe to cover up the cucumber smell?) that I found to be too much and unnecessary in a product that I am to apply to my face. Having only tried this product once (due to the fragrance) I can not give it a proper review, however when I did try it my make up looked the same at the end of the day as it does without this product. -

I received the NYX Bare With Me Hydrating Jelly Primer free for review from chickadvisor. The texture of this product is interesting and unlike any other primer I’ve tried before. It applied nicely and absorbed well without leaving a tightness to my face and was also gentle on my sensitive skin. It does a great job priming my face for a smooth foundation application. -

As a busy mom and already avid dry shampoo user, I was excited to be selected to give Dove Care Between Washes dry shampoo a try for free to review. It had a light coconut lime scent that was refreshing without being over powering like some dry shampoos can be. I didn’t find that this worked as good for me as my current brand. It was more of a lighter product and I needed to use more to get my desired results. On the flip side this also meant it blended easily into my dark brown roots without leaving a powdery look on my hair that some other brands do. Overall it’s still a great product and I’ll be using it on those days when I just need a little boost or volume! -

This new Canada Dry Lemonade is a refreshing twist to a classic that tastes like Summer in a can! I’ll admit I was skeptical about trying this because I find most lemon flavoured products either too tart or sickly sweet. I’m also not a big pop drinker and ginger ale always reminds me of my childhood when I was sick and on a diet of saltines & ginger ale that my mom stirred for me until it was flat.
So much to my surprise, this stuff is delish! The taste is just right and so perfect for those sunny Summer days!
Thanks Canada Dry & ChickAdvisor for sending me a coupon for a free case of Canada Dry Lemonade. Can’t wait to enjoy this with my toes in the sand and to create some cocktails for those evenings around the campfire!

I received a free product coupon to give Breyers Caramel Brownie delights a try for review. This low-cal, protein packed treat was a little slice of heaven and the perfect afternoon pick me up before the kids got home from school. I really liked the little brownie chunks, just wish there was more of them! I found the ice cream also had a hint of coffee flavour which was unexpected but a win in my books! I have tried some of the competitors products and the flavour doesn’t compare to Breyers. I also appreciate that their products are made with Canadian Dairy. I would definitely recommend this product and look forward to trying the other flavours. -

I received this cleanser for free from chickadvisor to review and my skin is in love. I have come to accept (and expect) that most face care products are going to irritate my sensitive skin even if just mildly. Well, I have been proven wrong! No tingling, no burning, no redness, just beautiful clean skin that feels and looks amazing. I will definitely be adding this cleanser into my normal skin care routine and am excited to also try the cleansing wipes in this line. -

The search for a moisturizer that is compatible with my sensitive skin is over. No tingling, no burning, no redness, just beautiful all day moisturized skin. I have been pleasantly surprised by how it has also calmed my skin from redness in such a short time. Love that it also contains a zinc based sunscreen and doesn’t leave my skin looking or feeling greasy.

I was so excited to get this product free from chickadvisor tontry for review. As someone with fine, frizzy and hard to style hair finding a hairspray that doesn’t weigh my hair down is hard and using smoothing creams and sprays are out of the question as they do the same leaving it greasy looking. The micromist spray allows me to gradually build my hold depending on my style for the day without overapplying while keeping my fly-aways and baby hairs in check! Even the slim contoured bottle is genius and a nice change from my normal larger Tressemme can! I will definitely be adding this product to my hair care arsenal! -

I was so excited to get to try and review Brewers Delights Cookies & Cream for free from Chick Advisor and this stuff did not disappoint! It was so creamy and the flavour was perfect. As a mom who likes to sneak treats when the kids are finally in bed I loved the container size - perfect for stashing in the freezer so no one else can find it! I would definitely recommend trying this because you won't be disappointed! I already have the other flavours on my grocery list for next week! -
