My first experience with soap and glory was a lipgloss named sexy motherpucker. Initially, the packaging and descriptions of the products sucked me in. After being snowed in for a week around chrismas, I discovered a bottle of this under my sink that I had forgotten I purchased. I love to use it in combination with their body butter, sugar scrub, and girligo moisturizing body mist on nights in with the boyfriend.
This shower gel produces an enormous amount of lather, clears up dry patches AND those random splotches that we all occasionally get. It has a light and very feminine scent that stays around for some time. It did awesome on my combination(sometimes scary) skin, and has become a staple in my shower.
You come out of the shower feeling like a diva when you use this, its absolutely delicious.

As a total lotion junkie, I have to say that this is one of my favorites. Usually I am not too keen on Vaseline, but they definately did a great job with this product. It's very impressive. I recently signed up for an offer on facebook for a free tube through chickadvisor, hopefully I get picked!
some of my favorite things about this product are:
It penetrates deeply, and very quickly
A little goes a very long way
It doesn't sting or burn when your skin is extremely dry
Makes my tattoos look amazing and years younger
your skin stays soft, even after you wash the lotion off!
In the winter, my skin gets painfully dry and scaly, and I have eczema on my elbows. My doctor prescribed a steroid cream to apply to the dry spots, which did nothing but burn my skin. After trying countless things on it, I sampled a tester that we had at work. sure enough, not only did it make the eczema less painful, but my elbows cleared up within a few days.
A few of the smells are kind of a put off, I enjoy the orange and green tabbed ones quite a bit. I hope they start making the extra large bottles of the mineral therapy version!
Definately try this product if you get painfully dry skin in the cold months, like myself. <3

I was so excited when they finally released this product in the USA! For many years, I used Big sexy hair to keep my gigantic teased hair in place. However, I fell in love with this product the first time I try it, and won't use anything else.
I back-comb my hair into various large retro styles every morning, and Elnet is one of the only things I've found that holds them in place without giving you helmet head, or dry, flaky, sticky gross hair. It works best in short burstsIt has a pleasant scent I often get complimented on, and is literally liquid gold. It doesn't make your hair dull like most hairsprays, and you can brush it out and re-style at any time. I definately recommend this hairspray to anybody who has a high maintenence hairdo, I promise you'll be hooked!

Usually, I'm a shampoo snob and would only clean my bathtub with suave. For some reason, when I was doing a revision on my shampoo aisle at work, I kept smelling this one. I figured I'd try it, since I love the aveda version and it was so cheap, meaning I can use twice as much! :)
Turns out, there isn't much of a difference apart from the staggering price tag on the aveda version. After using this product for two days and leaving the conditioner on for five minutes each shower, my over processed hair is now soft, silky, and smells gorgeous. I'm in love with this product. I'm retiring my aveda, bed head, and bumble and bumble shampoos for this. I am a sucker for this stuff and am amazed that something so cost efficient worked so well on my oh-so-spoiled hair.

I am a huge fan of the face shop's unique and innovative products. I spotted these delightful little packages of face mask in a tote at work today, and had to try one!
Unlike the normal face shop cotton serum infused mask, these come in a pack of four and look well, edible. They take about half of the time of a regular mask, and have the texture of a cold cream, except with a delightful grape scent and tiny grape chunks. Theres a faint tingling sensation but not unbearable. You almost feel intimidated about wearing such a thick, creamy goo on your face but the smell compensates. you leave it on for 5-10 minutes and rinse off VERY WELL.
When i finished with my yogurt mask, It not only left my face looking brighter, my pores appeared smaller, and my skin was baby smooth. I will buy this again..and again. next time i plan on trying grapefruit. :)

Oh my goodness, This is the sexiest dusting powder of all time! It literally feels like you're wearing silk under your clothing! not only does it make your skin glide smoothly against whatever it is you have on, if anything, but it also smells heavenly.
This product helps you achieve the softest skin imaginable, with tiny microscopic pieces of cocoa butter and glides on smoothly. The scent is delicious and very glam, lots of jasmine and vertivert which are both my favorites.
I use this for a ton of different things.
It works great in the bathwater for making you baby soft, after the bath for a fantastic feeling, before a night out when showing a lot of skin, and inbetween your sheets for a silky smooth fantastic night of sleep!
This is one product I never let myself run out of. mmm! I wish they would bring this back in a solid perfume.

Burt's Bees has a ton of great products, but I found this one to be disgusting. Not only did it smell like a compost bin, It was thick, clumpy, and looked like ivory cottage cheese! no, this product wasnt outdated. just gross.
The one burt's bees product ill never buy again. It went straight into my recycle bin.

I admit they look a little intimidating when first trying to put them on, but they are oh-so effective!
I crumbled up fuwari and put in a small tin. you dust your underarm with the sticky side (red or yellow, depending on which one you use) and then apply the powder with a small kabuki brush. This is the easiest way to apply it. The smell sticks all day, and often smells better than a lot of my perfumes. It takes a little longer to apply, but you certainly don't regret it when youre working a 9-5 and heading straight to a tennis game afterwards. I
even smelled good when i got home!
WARNING: Do NOT apply immediately after shaving your underarms. It WILL give you firepits, and you'll be walking around with your arms in the air for the next half hour or so.
five stars for oxeocube AND fuwari. If you havent tried lush deodorant, this deodorant is for the brave ones who love organic deodorant that you DONT have to constantly apply.its amazing.

This gloss is amazing, its a clear thick liquid that glides on smoothly. it gives you a sexy wet lips look and $20.00 tube lasts quite awhile. I especially like it in the winter months, because my lips get SO DRY they look like theyre about to fall off my face! not fun :( This gloss makes them feel so much better!
It can be worn alone, or dabbed on over your favorite gloss/lipstick for a plumping effect. It has a slight peppermint flavor to it, and goes on incredibly smooth. I only wish it were longer lasting, but MUFE never fails to disappoint! This gloss is a must try.

As a collector of Harajuku lovers handbags and clothing, I was ecstatic when these scents came out! These are my most favorite scents of all time. Theyre extremely long lasting, exotic, complex, and fun!
The kokeshi doll inspired bottles broke the deal, they look adorable sitting on your dresser.
I recieved large sizes of Love and Music for Christmas, along with the smaller sizes of Love, Music, G, Baby, and Lil Angel. These scents are named after Gwen Stefani, the mastermind behind the hysterical, adorable, japanese inspired line - Harajuku Lovers. These scents hold a very special place in my heart. A different perfumer created each scent, and there's one for everyone though it's impossible to just have one. They all smell gorgeous, for seperate occasions.
G: My favorite of the five. A delicate floriental that reminds me of summer days. It has a slight tropical tinge, with mandarin, coconut and apple skin. great for parties and first dates. It goes well with extravagant wardrobe choices, and this scent always makes me feel very girly.
Baby: A powdery soft scent I can only describe as innocent yet sexy. It's more of a daytime scent, very fresh and elegant. I'm wearing this one right now and I keep smelling it, the white rose and tiare dominate in this one.I like to wear this one when working close to others on projects, or at meetings. It makes you feel happy.
Music: This scent has a distinct urban feel to it, its very unique and modern, almost sassy. best for a casual day, this scent is almost unisex and has fantastic staying power. It smells a like sparkling pear with hint of jasmine and woods, music is a take charge, intoxicating fragrance.
Love: The scent for the seductress in all of us. Its very frilly, glamorous, and makes you feel like a million bucks. I love the notes of bergamot and bamboo. they really stick out against the pink pomelo and sweet pea. My second favorite, this scent promises many compliments.
Lil Angel: Reminds me of childhood. This one has candied pear, raspberry, and lollipop accord. It almost smells carbonated, like Pineapple Fanta. Probably the one I wear the least. The website says something about Hinoki woods, though this perfume doesnt smell woodsy at all. It has the least staying power out of the five, this one is nice for hanging out with friends.
Hopefully my review of The Harajuku Lovers Fragrance Line was helpful, When looking at my little box full of frilly harajuku ladies that hold so many intense scents for so many occasions, i can't help but smile. I'd love to see reviews from other people who adore these fragrances as much as myself :)
