After brushing my teeth, this mouthwash provides a gentle way of freshening my breath as well as helping keeping stains away. This mouthwash doesn’t burn the mouth whatsoever so I can comfortably swish this as long as required. It takes time but I can notice my teeth becoming whiter as it helps remove stains. This doesn’t have any peroxide or alcohol. My breath is also left smelling fresh!

The first few days of taking this product I had already noticed some suppression in appetite which is what I looked forward to. I had taken the recommended dose at first but after the first week I noticed my bloating wasn’t going away and I would feel a bit more nauseous so I had either taken one gummy or skipped a day. I feel like not taking these everyday worked best for me but this also had no significant change on my overall health. I think this is can be a good addition to other lifestyle changes if you are looking to have weight loss, clear skin or with digestive health. I hated drinking apple cider vinegar because of the taste and smell and while these gummies still have the taste and smell, it’s milder than the liquid. It was still hard for me to eat but grateful it wasn’t as bad as the sweetness masked some of the taste.

I notice that a lot of frizz I have is instantly tamed and smoothed. I use the product twice a week and notice stronger and healthier hair! My hair is not left looking greasy either as the product texture feels very hydrating and light, not at all oily or heavy. -

I am someone who really enjoys their caffeine in the morning but I don’t always enjoy some of the side effects like jittery-ness or feeling bloated. This herbal caffeine-free alternative surprisingly still gave me a nice little pick me up in the morning. I did have to get used to it as I don’t find this as strong as my regular coffee nor does it beat the taste but it is super light and doesn’t give me a crash at some point in the day. The flavour is like a smooth herbal tea and I got the vanilla hint. I enjoyed it by itself and even with a little sugar and splash of milk. It can also be enjoyed cold and made into lattes! I find I can substitute this on a lot of days so far as I really enjoy the energized but good body feeling throughout the day because it has natural ingredients like dandelion root, is non-gmo, vegan and sugar-free. Because it is an instant powder, it was quick to just add a teaspoon with hot water, and I was ready to go!

The milk concentrate has been very nourishing to my very dry skin! I use this after a shower and it adds another level of care for my skin. The product is not heavy nor greasy but leaves a hydrating and amazingly soft feel to your skin. The scent is like a cherry on top, as it is not overpowering but a beautifully warm and comforting scent. My skin will be moisturized for most of the day.

I liked how transparent and flexible these patches are and what a strong hold they have to your skin as well. They feel comfortable on the skin. As far as effectiveness, I found that they help get rid of the breakouts I tend to have on my chin occasionally and the patch is big enough to cover a good area. I don’t find that it made a big difference in how well my post acne marks looked or how quick they faded.
