After more than 3yrs with Kood my almost 80yr old mother got noticein April 2022 her service was disconnected. She hadn't been paying enough monthly to cover the tax. She paid the $140 they wanted and asked them NOT to continue service. They "forgot" to add that to their notes and reconnected the service. She tried to call them in June and after leaving her on hold for half and hour and not saying anything to he she hung up. My sister finally got through to them in August and made sure they got it in their notes to cut the service. They now have sent her to a collection agency (who agrees the charges are not valid and is willing to reduce them as much as they can) and are ruining her credit, causing her stress and having her in TEARS talking to them because they refuse to admit fault and cancel the charges. She DID NOT ask for the service, DID NOT use the service and should NOT have to pay for something that was their fault. Instead of rectifying the situation and apoligizing they are insisting on charging her. $200 for a senior on a pension is nothing for a company like them but they don't care. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Most companies are willing to help customers out from my experience with Rogers and others I've had experience with. I would NOT recommend this company anymore and cannot wait to switch myself to another provider. -
