I recently got to try this nifty FoodSaver tool that allows you to vacuum seal food in no time! I was so excited to use it because too often, I have an unused portion of fruit or veg, or I stock up on some produce on sale, that starts to look kind of sad in the fridge and ends up in the garbage. With this, it can stay fresh up to 5X longer, and so reducing waste and saving $$. I would also love to use it for marinading meat because I’m sure the flavour would be great and it would save time too.
It was sooo easy to use since the bags have a special spot where you put the vacuum. It was quiet and quick, and so small that I’m not worried about finding a place for it in my kitchen.

I was so excited to try L’Occitane Almond Shower Cream because I’ve used and loved their Almond Shower Oil in the past. To nobody’s surprise, I also really enjoyed this shower cream. It was the perfect amount of richness for my dry skin. It left my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I also loved the gentle, sweet scent.

I was lucky enough to try YSL Love Shine Lipstick recently, and am OBSESSED, so was so excited when I got chosen for this Butter Balm. This colour was a “sunrise pink” which I found to be the perfect everyday colour. It was hydrating and literally felt like butter to put on. I loved the key ingredients: shea butter and maracuja oil. I have lip blush and it’s so important to keep my lips moisturized to make sure it lasts as long as possible so I love these types of products that look great but are so good for your lips too! 👄 -

I love wearing makeup - a full face, including concealer, powder, contour, highlighter, etc and I find the most important thing for these kinds of products is that they need to stay in place - this product does exactly that. Everyone always comments that my makeup doesn't move, and I never need to touch up if I'm having a long day, and I swear this is my secret weapon.

This was a moderately rich and lightly scented cream that I enjoyed using. The light scent was perfect so that it wouldn't be offensive to anyone but gave me a light, freshly showered type of scent. It was really moisturizing as well. I can't speak to the tightening effects because I didn't massage it in with a gua shua as recommended. I would totally buy it again to use as a body cream either way.

I tried out the @urbandecaycosmetics Face Bond foundation. So I don’t usually wear foundation but I do feel that it creates a full finish on a look. I loveddd this one because it didn’t feel heavy at all, in fact it doesn’t even require setting powder! It’s a lightweight waterproof foundation with the skincare benefits (3% niacinamide) of a serum and self-setting powder for blurring effect in a medium-coverage, matte finish.
I will definitely be adding this to my glam routine!
