Oh no, why did not I read the reviews before the purchase? I totally second bad reviews! I bought the purse in August 2021, the clip broke several months after. I called the CC, they told me to mail the bag as they cannot mail me the part for some reason. So I mailed them the bag, sent the shipping receipt for reimbursement as requested. They never got back to me, only after several emails and a new complaint. And now they want to charge me 75 USD for a clip!!! No refund for my shipping either and the emailed me that they tried to call me - no missed calls, btw. When I called them, they told me that the bag has been shipped already as they did not hear from me what to do. And yes, credit card info on purchase cannot be accepted as a proof, so if you do decide to buy their low quality goods, keep the receipt as you will definitely need it! But better do not buy it - horrible quality, bad Customer service and high prices    -
