I have just recently read about the benefits of NMN so this came at a great time to try. I love that it's a Canadian brand and has a long history and high standards. I like that it is a higher dose and is targeting all the things I have been having troubles with. I have noticed my joints feeling better and more energy than before. I will be 50 soon and I will be buying this in the future to help with aging factors for sure. It's easy to take each day and can be with or without food.

I love this hand cream and how thick it is and my hands actually feel so much better after using it. It's not watery, it absorbs not super quickly but it doesn't leave you sticky. I really like using it before bed at night so I can wake up with soft hands. It has a very light scent to it and isn't overwhelming. Just a perfect hand cream. I was sent this to try for free but I would definitely buy it again.

I had never tried bee pollen before but always was interested in it. I love how it's so simple to add to cereal or yogurt and the taste just mixes in so well with it. I'm glad I can get the benefits of the pollen along with my regular breakfast. I will be buying that again for sure. It has so many vitamins and antioxidants that we all need.
The hot honey is pretty spicy to me but mixed in a sauce for chicken wings or salmon and it's perfect. I like that it's 3 simple ingredients and has a great flavour. I love that both products are made in Canada and the company has been beekeeping for over 40 years.

I love how this dispenses with a clean pump so the product stays fresh. I used this morning and night on my face right after washing. I found it took awhile to really soak in and stayed sticky for a bit. For that reason I liked it better as a night cream. I did feel that it made a difference in my skin and made it look smoother. I used 2 pumps in the morning and 3 at night and that covered my face and neck. My sister in law told me last week that my skin looked great. So it must have been working. I would try it again but more as a night cream because of the soaking in factor. -

We live in an area with a lot of mosquitoes and ticks. I will test this again when ticks are out more and active. It did make a big difference with mosquitoes. I used the spray along with the lava bead collar for my dog. It was easy to apply and loose on her neck so she didn’t mind it on. It has a great scent to it and I like that it’s Canadian made. I tried this as a bracelet on myself and as a collar for my dog Alice. It was easy to adjust and looks good. The lava beads soak up the spray and hold the oils scent. Alice didn’t mind it on her at all and she was happy to wear it. I would get another in a different colour so I could have one and Alice could have hers. It’s a great idea to keep the spray near you but not directly on you.

I love these gummies and how easy they are to take. They have a great tart flavour and they aren’t sticky or bitter like apple cider vinegar is. I like that they aren’t sticky gelatin free and have vitamin B12 as well. It has easy to understand ingredients and the bottle lasts for a month. These are something I would buy again.

I was sent the Contigo Thermal and Hydration flask in a beautiful strawberry cream colour. It fit perfectly in my cars cup holder and not once did it leak or spill. I tried hot coffee and ice cold water in this flask and it kept the hot, hot and the cold, cold. It's a nice size to carry around and because it's thermal it didn't get too hot or cold to hold in my hand. I don't drink tea often but i did appreciate that there is a loop to hold your tea bag. I liked that you had to press down the button to open the lid to drink so there were never any leaks. Also a big plus is the clean up. One piece on the lid means easy to clean and you can pop that in the dishwasher. The stainless flask has to be hand washed though. I would recommend this flask and I will be using it year round for my drinks. -

I had never heard of this company but i'm so glad I have now. This face serum smells so good! I used it only at night since I found it takes awhile to really soak into my skin. Not only does it smell good but your face feels so soft after. It hydrates and smooths it out and it's all natural and from their own lavender farm. I love that it's local in Ontario and I can't wait to try other products from Hereward farms. -

I love that the majority of their vitamins and supplements are made and packaged in Guelph. This B-12 that I have been taking is great because it's 1000 mcg of B12 and 100 mcg of folic acid. They are chewable and have a strawberry flavour to them. I also like that there are 100 tablets in this because I always am annoyed to find a huge bottle and only 20 tablets inside. These are high quality and I have been buying more from their brand because of trying these. -
