I used this on a day when i spent most of the day outside in the sun and did notice visibly less tan marks especially around the wrist where i wear my watch. This went on kind of thick but once I rubbed it in more, it absorbed well. It comes in a stick form and therefore extremely easy to use and apply. I will recommend this to someone who is looking for an easy application.
