I purchased the TimeWise 3-in-1 Cleanser from a Mary Kay party. My initial reaction was that it was a bit expensive. I was used to using products out of the HBA section of Wal-Mart, so I let the price slide. I figured if I was paying double the price I normally do, then it should work wonders on my face. WRONG!
The product was a thinner cream than the scrubs/exfoliating products I am used to. When cleaning my face, it almost felt as though I was applying lotion rather than a cleanser. The breakouts I was having when I used the product didn't reduce whatsoever...at least not until I switched back to my normal facial care products.

My purchased the Yellow Box Sandy flip flops in Pewter last year when I was pregnant. I needed a summer shoe that would support my increasing pregnancy weight and help keep my feet from aching so much. I settled on these because the sole is thick and firm, and it allows your foot to sink into them without being to squishy.
I love the color choice because the flip flops can be paired with so many different colors. Also, they are very versatile and I can wear them with jeans, capris, skirts, or shorts. They are a little bit dressier than casual, thin flip flops, so they are the perfect summer shoes for me!
I have worn my Yellow Box flip flops for over one year now, and the sole hasn't flattened out or started to bow up on the ends like many low quality flip flops do. The price I paid was a bit higher than what I normally give for flip flops, but they are higher quality so it was worth the splurge.

I received the Otterbox Commuter Series case to the Verizon iPhone 4 for my birthday. Since I have had the case on my iPhone, it has received zero scratches or other damages. The case fits nicely on the phone, and all buttons and plugins are still visible and easy to use. There is a small flap that fits into the headphone jack that can be easy moved out of the way when in use. The same can be done with the flap that covers the charger outlet when your phone is not being used.
The commuter series features a variety of different color schemes. I received the Pink/White combination, and it was very similar to the colors shown on the website. The price would be the only thing that may deter some people from getting the case, but it is worth it when you are covering a phone with hundreds of dollars!

I visit Panera Bread 2-3 times a month, and it is my favorite place to grab a soup and sandwich. I haven't tried a lot of things on the menu because I always want the same thing when I go: their Broccoli and Cheddar soup and the turkey sandwich. I love the You Pick Two option, as I can get my soup and sandwich at an affordable price...and even though I am only getting 1/2 of each, it is more than enough food to satisfy me for lunch or dinner. Some of the other menu options are a little pricey though.
I have also had a few of their pastries and bagels, and all of them have been delicious. The cashiers have always been courteous, though service has been a little slow at times, even when they are not too busy. The eating areas are always clean, and I can't recall a time when the drink and condiments station wasn't completely stocked. The restrooms are also always clean when I visit my local Panera Bread.

I purchased the Apple iPhone 4 in February 2011, just two weeks after it became available to Verizon Wireless customers. In the past, I have had a BlackBerry Curve, LG EnV3, and LG Voyager, so I had a variety of other phones to compare the iPhone to...and I can say without hesitation that the iPhone blew them all out of the water.
I enjoy being able to do EVERYTHING I need to with my cell phone. When we were on vacation, I didn't even turn on my laptop! I had access to my email, online banking account, local weather forecast, and any website I needed to check. I love the availability of the apps on iTunes and how much you can do with the phone.
Call quality is good, and the battery life is average for a smart phone that you are likely to be using a lot during the day. I only have to charge mine at night, and it holds a charge through daily phone calls and email/website checks.
There are a few drawbacks I have noticed about owning an Apple iPhone 4, however. One is the limited ability to customize the look of the phone. You are stuck with the grayish blue color scheme of the Messaging section and the dull gray of the email inbox. It is possible to jailbreak the phone to change the colors/fonts, but I personally would not do that for fear of damaging the phone!
Also, most of the notification tones cannot be changed. The only one that can is the ringtone for an actual call, and even then you need to use an app and it isn't easy.
Camera quality is much lower than other smart phones, and I wish I had noticed that before purchasing. I have a little boy that I love taking photos of, and wish I had a better phone to do that with so I didn't have to lug my digital camera around.
All in all, the Apple iPhone 4 is a solid investment if you want the latest in cell phone technology! At the price I was about to get it for, I can't really complain too much about the negatives.
