I love the cocoa butter smell - it's so soothing. Vaseline body lotion is also super affordable and you can find it at many drugstore and grocery stores often on sale. I will continue to use Vaseline Cocoa Butter Deep Conditioning Lotion over my past favourite, the more expensive Bath and Body Works Triple Moisture body cream just because the price margin is so different yet the results are both amazing! -

This has to be one of the best quality lipsticks from the drugstore. I own the shade "Primrose" which is a neutral pink and "Black Cherry" which is a dark vampy red. Both are excellent quality: they last a long time on the lips, the pigmentation is fabulous, and the colour selection is very classic, yet trendy. I find that the formula of these lipsticks is also very forgiving to lips that aren't 100% "flake" free - like I don't need to make sure that my lips are super duper exfoliated before I apply this lipstick, unlike some other (more high end) lipsticks, like YSL rouge volupte. Overall, I would definitely recommend this lipstick to anyone, especially the colour Black Cherry which has been a favourite of mine for many years now. I wear Black Cherry sheered out as more of a stain, or intense and bold - both ways are wonderful! I get complimented on my lip colours whenever I wear it -

This powder sets to a satin finish so it's perfect for the desired dewy look to my skin that I want to achieve. It can be used as a setting powder or even by itself as a powder foundation. I like how it gives me some added extra coverage but it doesn't cake up on my skin. I have never experienced any breakouts with this products and I keep a couple shades on hand in my makeup stash for summer/winter and in between shades. It blends seamlessly into my skin. If I'm just using it as a setting powder, I use a big fluffy brush and dust it all over my skin. If I want to get more coverage out of it, I use a sponge or powder puff and press it into my skin. It's seriously flawless. The only downside to this product is the packaging. I wish that it came with a mirror in the compact and a little powder puff because then it would be perfect for on-the-go touch ups. -

I think this is a good enough hairspray for the price (I can find it most times on sale for less than $4) but it's definitely not the bets hairspray out there. I have straight hair, and it's very difficult for me to get a curl to stay. This hairspray helps, but my hair still turns out to be more limp at the end of the night compared to the big bouncy curls I started off with. I would recommend this hairspray solely on price and the fact that it's readily available at the drugstore. Personally, I will buy it again, because I've come to the point where I realize that my hair is just difficult to work with (even professionals have trouble trying to keep a curl in my hair). I'm not going to go out and spend more money on a hairspray that may or may not work just as "well" as this one. -

More the most part i think lip plumpers are more of a gimmick. Before I tried Buxom, the only other lip plumper I had tried was the DuWop Lip Venom and that had a very uncomfortable sting to it. Buxom is a brand whose lip products are known to be plumping. Their line of Big & Healthy lip creams are thick lip glosses with plumping action. Like most other lip plumpers I've tried, there is a tingling sensation when applied to the lips; however, I noticed that with the Buxom Big & Healthy lip cream, the tingling lasts WAY longer than any other lip plumper I've tried - I'm talking like 2 to 3 hours of tingling. Basically, until the gloss wore off my lips, I felt the tingling. I did notice a little bit of plumping action to my lips, but for the most part I just felt it. As an actual gloss, I really love the colours and texture of the big & healthy lip creams. The current one I own is in the shade "White Russian" which is a creamy, pinky-nude. The formula of these is quite sticky and opaque, which based on personal preference, could either make you love or hate this product. I personally love the opaque creaminess of the Buxom Big & Healthy lip cream. This is actually the only range of lip plumpers/glosses I've tried from Buxom so I don't know how other ones fair.
I purchased this product to use as a gloss, not as a lip plumper. I think the plumping action of most lip plumpers is either a) short lived or b) makes your lips feel uncomfortable or c) doesn't work at all. I think there is a little of all 3 in terms of the Buxom Big & Healthy lip creams but I do like it as a gloss.

Although this is a more expensive product, I honestly think that this is one the best concealers on the market. It has two shades of concealer, one lighter and one darker, and you get a ton of product in each pan! It's so handy so have two shades of concealer so that you don't have to go out and buy a completely new shades when you get darker in the summer.
The coverage of this concealer is amazing! It covers everything from redness to acne scars. I like to use the darker shade on old acne scars and then buff around the edges with the lighter shade. This product really does give you the capability to do all the concealing you need (but it's not good for the under eye area). I sometimes don't even wear foundation and just use this in the problem areas that need coverage. I'm so happy I forked out the money and bought this concealer because I have not regretted it.
I first saw this use by Lisa Eldridge in one of her youtube videos. If it's good enough for the fabulous Lisa Eldridge then it would definitely be good enough for me
I would repurchase this in a second! I don't ever want to be without this concealer

It has an SPF 18 (super random number) but it's better than nothing. The only downside about this product is the smell: sunscreen. Other than that, I'm very happy about this product. I think this is a very comparable to the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer, but for a significantly less price. It's a super smooth and creamy formula, and it blends really easily and perfectly into my skin. I have the shade light and it is literally a perfect match for my skin. I can't wait to use this more throughout the summer and to really see how it stands up to the intense summer heat -

Now that it's summer, I've become a bit a worry-wart when it comes to my makeup. I've been trying to use products that I know will last all day. When in doubt, I use this setting spray.
A couple spritzes of this all over my already-done makeup helps it to last all day. Sometimes I don't even use a setting powder when I use this spray.
It's refreshing when you spritz it on your face, I usually do about 2 to 3 spritzes. It's dries in about 30 seconds and then your makeup is set.

I don't usually buy leave-in conditioners of any sort because my hair is fine enough as is it that I don't want to weigh it down with more product, but I gave this a try. I must say that I do like the fact that this is a 2-in-1 product, leave-in conditioning spray and heat protectant. The packaging too was nice and sturdy, and it wasn't awkward to spritz the product into my hair. Sometimes spritz bottles are too heavy or awkwardly shaped making it difficult to dispense the product, but this was one good.
However, before I even sprayed this on my hair, I unscrewed the lid and smelt the product and there was a definite scent of rubbing alcohol. Low and behold, the second ingredient listed is "alcohol denat." I have tried other hair products in the past with alcohol listed in the ingredients and those products always dry out my hair. This one was no exception. After spraying this on my hair followed by a blow-dry, my hair felt dry and straw-like. The moisture that was added to my hair from the awesome shampoo and conditioner from the pantene pro-v aqua light line was affected with this spray. I have tried this spray along with a different shampoo and conditioner combination and it still left my hair feeling dry.
I would not recommend this to people, especially not to people with fine hair. I will not repurchase

This conditioner lived up to its claims of leaving my hair feeling weightless and nourished. It didn't make my hair AS soft as other conditioners I've used in the past. As far as I'm concerned, this product delivered on every note that it said it would. I've noticed that since using the shampoo in conjunction with the conditioner from the Aqua Light line, my hair hasn't been getting as greasy as quickly as it normally would have.
I have fine hair as it is, and I think that this conditioner works very well at not weighing down hair.
I recommend this product for people who are searching for a lightweight hair product that delivers on conditioning benefits as well.
