It could be that my experience with Menopaus is just off the chart or maybe, it's because it takes months to notice a difference. I had no luck with many products that swear they help with whatever issue you have. For me, it just doesn't work. My worst time is of course, at night. I sweat life a bear standing on the sun. But, I also have symptoms all day long. I think I may just be a tough case.

So, this is creamy and tastes pretty good. I just can't reccomend it based on the fat content and that I still got cramps. There is 110 Kcal in an 8 ounce glass accoring to the packaging. In that amount of milk there is also 4.5 grams of fat which comes out to being 40.5 Kcals. A gram of fat is about 9 Kcals. How is that 2 %? -
