I used the product for around a month but stopped as it was causing hair loss. It was easy to use, but I did not find it made a difference in the thickness of my hair. If anything, I felt that it caused additional hair loss in the area that I applied it on. I am also finding more hair on my brush than usual.
I have not tried other treatments. I was discouraged from using this product because of my results and also when I found out that hair loss would occur once you stopped using the product.

Big Sis is a plain eater, and to be honest, it’s tough to get her to new things – especially fruit. She does like applesauce though, and appreciated the subtle addition of raspberries in the Raspberry flavour.
It had 2 g of fibre and 11 g of sugar. There are no added sugars or artificial flavours, and it’s gluten-free and peanut-free, making it an easy choice for school lunches. I’ll be packing these in Big Sis’s lunch this week.

There are no added sugars or artificial flavours, and it’s gluten-free and peanut-free, making it an easy choice for school lunches. -

My younger daughter loved the apple-strawberry IÖGO NANÖ pouch — it was delicious! She is a big yogurt fan and is used to fruit pouches already, so this was a no-brainer. She enjoyed the taste, which is kind of like strawberry yogurt mixed with apple juice, with a texture in between the two.
The pouches do contain cane sugar, but the overall sugar content is reasonable (9 g). It’s also a good source of vitamin C and D. We would buy this again.
Tip: Keep these refrigerated or freeze and then let thaw in the lunch bag.
