I did my makeup as usual today yet something looked extra special. My face looked brighter, my eyes looked wider and more open and other colors on my face such as my lipstick and blush were popping! It wasn't until I removed my makeup at the end of the with only the mascara left that I realized it was the magical product. My lashes were lifted, curled and blackest of black. Which transformed my average everyday look into something great. The Lancôme Monsieur Big Mascara is something special and while it's got an average high-end price tag, this one is worth every penny.

Let's start off by saying that this was my first ever dry shampoo. I know I know! How?! Well, here's why: texture, white residue, and stickiness. These are the things that had put me off dry shampoo and many other hair styling products.
But... yes there's a huge "but" here, this product does none of these things! Batiste Dry Shampoo PLUS Heavenly Volume leaves my charcoal black hair free of any white residue, gives my 2nd/3rd-day flat hair heavenly... actually heavenly volume and has no sticky or weird texture. If anything, I quite like the texture and I am often quite tempted to use this on fresh hair too!
This product is available in a variety of drugstores and comes with a cheap price tag so go and grab your best fitting Batiste dry shampoo to be summer ready.

I came upon Dove Advanced Hair Series Oxygen Moisture Conditioner after having tried many, many products, styles, and treatments that gave some type of hope with providing body & bounce, with a thickening look, and feel, without the frizzies. Many of the previous attempts were fails but not this. Previously, any other product would just weigh my hair down to flat and limpy, and sometimes greasy straight hair which could at times look dirty by the end of the day. But with this product, I get a head of smooth, shiny and just enough soft hair which is beautiful and easy to style.Thanks to ChickAdvisor for providing me with an opportunity to share my love of this product with you all.

This was most probably the first facial cleanser I had ever used (after religiously using only facial soap) and I couldn't have chosen a better one to start with other than the St Ives Naturally Clear Apricot Cleanser. Since my early teens, I have been prone to getting spots on my face. Which is bad in itself, but even worse are the blemishes and scars left behind. They made me feel insecure and prompted me to use makeup as a shield. Little did I know that I had the solution to that problem sitting in the bathroom cabinet all along. My mom has been using this product for many years and swears by the product. Just as I do. It helps in keeping my skin clean, leaving behind a soft, smooth and clear canvas for that makeup I should be enjoying rather than using as a shield. Maybelline New York Dream Blender is a bit of a hit and miss. At first it was hard to get the hang of using it as the sponge is pretty firm, it's not soft and squishy like a beauty blender. But using it to apply foundation in circular motions provides the best finish for me. The best way I found to use it is under the eye to apply or set concealer since the sponge is small enough to fit in the area. And guys, the price isn't too bad either. ;) -

The formula is quite similar to Dream Mousse that comes in the tub, it has the same medium coverage and a similar gel-like whipped texture. As it dries, your skin is left with a velvety soft matte finish that gives skin natural coverage.
The shade I received from the lovely people at ChickAdvisor is a tad bit too dark for my skin tone. But as I absolutely love the feel of this product on my face, I used it for contouring instead. Which btw is great!! It doesn't budge and has great longevity. Just use small dab of foundation, as a little goes a very long way.
I absolutely adore this packaging as it is very travel friendly and most importantly, dispenses just the right amount of product.
