I take in everyday. I didn’t know it could throw your copper out of balance. I also didn’t realize you needed a perfect ratio to keep your body functioning, right. I love that. This is just one capsule a day in the capsule, small and easy to swallow and no aftertaste. I like I don’t have to take anther supplement, this capsule has the perfect ratio of zinc and copper.

I used this for a month and my thoughts are it’s a nice moisturizer, great under makeup(leaves so smooth you don’t need a primer, love the packaging. The packaging is a great so you can get all the product. But its claims to rebound the face from wrinkles, fine lines and age spots is a joke it did non of that and of course didn’t sculpt the jawline. It’s just an over price nice moisturizer -

I tried this right before bed. I put it on a pimple that had a white head. Also I seen a few small pimples starting to form. I didn’t feel them and it didn’t irritate my skin. I actually forgot they were on. They definitely help with the smallest one that were just starting out, because they were completely gone in the morning. The big one not so much it was still there. I would get them to help with stopping from pimple from getting bigger.

I love the packaging. It’s the perfect size to throw in a purse and not take so much room up. I also love the stick formulation, makes it super easy to apply, with no mess and being sure you have covered all your skin. I couldn’t feel it on my skin and there was no oily residue. It last super long as I worked in the garden all day and didn’t get burned. This is a summer essential!
