I find one cup of yogurt isn't enough that I have to eat two at a time. That were the pouchis great to get as much as I want. It comes out of the spout smooth and easy. The pouch keeps the yogurt fresh and tasting great! I would totally but this again in the pouch. -

That night my arms and shoulders were throbbing so I took these. They really worked. It took a lot of the pain away and I got a good night sleep. The only thing I would say is take at good time because it did effect me the next morning. Because I took it a little late and was late getting out of bed the next morning! -

On sheer and is very moisturizing. It helps with a more natural and low maintenance. It very beautiful. It smells good too! Apparently it is made with carrots too.
