I've been using Promensil Menopause Double strength tablets and I've noticed my hot flashes and muscle aches have been minimal to none .I have been also sleeping through the night and not waking in a sweat.Im going to continue with Promensil through out my Menopause. I also noticed I'm not as bloated and feeling of tired It's seriously made a difference in just a few weeks.
