We use Vega one Protein shakes as our morning routine, we will use Coconut or Almond Milk as the base. We will add things like frozen fruit, hemp hearts, flax seed.... It was getting a bit used to at first...but all good now

Crispers Barbecue
Was on sale and gave it a try. The flavour is a bit hot for me, I have a low tolerance for heat! Really enjoyed the crispness of the chip/ crackers! Would try other flavours.

Received the mini nourishine plus lip gloss set as a gift. it contains 6 mini lip gloss shades, a nice assortment. Perfect to put in a purse, especially a small one as they are pretty compact. It is a nice product!
