With the crazy hours that I was working I needed some thing to help me sleep so I picked up this product and wow it really works, I would have to say that I feel asleep within 30 mins and there was no affect when I woke up, I have a very peaceful sleep and did not feel like I had taken some thing to help me sleep. If you ever took a sleeping pill from the doctor you will know what I mean when I say that feeling when you wake up like you are drugged still is just not there, It is worth trying if you need a little help to get to sleep. -

I picked up this product with the hopes that I would be able to rid my body of sore muscles, I have found that it is a good product if you don't have a serious issue with your muscles, joints, cartilage and pain. This would be one of the better products when you have worked out to much at the gym, for me this just did not last as long as I expected it to,
Price was about average I paid 12.99 not on sale.
If you work out at the gym and do a little bit to much than this is a product for you, why not give it a try

Price is ok if you can find them on sale, if not I would not pay $3.99 a box of 8. They are packaged by 2's . This is a some times treat. -

I just found out about a place in Waterloo, to me it is a new Burger Joint, and we love our burgers. We went on the weekend and I have to say that it was great, cheaper than The Works, ( they also have great burgers) cheaper than the Grill ( where we would go for burgers) I have to say it has that 50's theme with the well padded booths, nice colors, sports on the TV's, get your own drink in the machine, order your burger at the counter and get a number while you wait. The patty was big to big for me, all fresh ingredients, and bacon not one tiny piece but 4 pieces of bacon, not over kill the burger is grilled and is top grade beef. the bun a perfect paring with the burger, I loved it and plan on going back again and again. You can get a combo with fries, but they have onion rings and you get so much that you can split it with someone, that burger will fill you up. Prices are very good, I think for the 4 of us we only spent $30. they also have coupons to get that perfect burger even cheaper. Almost forgot they have chicken burgers, strips etc, I olny paid attention to the board for burgers,

Winter your skin is always so dry and I wanted to try something new that I haven't tried before so going through Shoppers I came across Aveeno Lotion with cooling menthol, anyone that has dry skin will tell you that it just doesn't last and you have to reapply the lotion for some relief, this lotion lasts longer than Intensive 7 day by Garnier. The feel of this lotion is cool to the skin so very nice, the price was a little bit cheaper than Garnier, Since I only had to apply it in the morning and then again before bed, (just because I liked how it felt on the skin cool and refreshing) I didn't have to buy an extra bottle,
I would have to recommend this to anyone, even if your skin is not dry try it out I bet you will love it
