I received two containers of this expensive supplement from my best friend. Like him, I have found no acceptable way to consume this horrid stuff. I've tried every way imaginable to ingest it in various drinks and foods or just on it's own. The flavours of the ingredients are not complimentary to each other, so no matter what you do it tastes horrible. Now it just sits on my counter and will probably end up being thrown out. I was not able to consume enough of it to determine if it is a good supplement otherwise.    -
