This cheese is now my FAVORITE. I buy a block a week. I first bought this when it was on sale and when i tried it i went back to purchase more and they were SOLD OUT. Needless to say it took me 2 weeks to find this flavor of cheese.I have my whole family buying it now so i don't have to do the cheese tray at family gatherings now so I DON'T HAVE TO SHARE... not that i mind sharing.    -
