The nose Frida is a MUST have for any new baby. This has helped me so much during newborn stage, and even now through him getting closer to a year. The nose Frida gets out the snot that he can’t, and helps him breathe. You do NOT get anything in your mouth. I was skeptical about this before I had a baby, but once your babe is all plugged up, you will do anything!    -
