All they care about is taking your money. Asked for clarification about certain fees when signing up and the employee lied several times to get us to sign; bi-weekly payment ended up being over double what she said it would be. Called head office to complain when we finally realized how much was being taken out - not only was there "nothing she could do" and no way to cancel the membership, but she was incredibly rude and ended up hanging up on me. My sister was with me when I got my membership and she said she would think about getting one, so Shapes calls her multiple times a day for 5 MONTHS and counting to harass her about signing up. Incredibly rude and unprofessional, not to mention WAY too expensive for their shitty service. Do not give them your money!!    -
