Initially opening the bottle was hard. It got stuck and I had to use a scissor. The applicator itself was a little too big to fit inside my daughter’s nose and she is 11 months old. The liquid I was able to get into her nose helped with clearing the mucus in her nose. If they make the applicator smaller I would buy this product.    -
