I am often feeling bloated and crampy due to dietary reactions given my issues, but these supplements helped to calm that effect and ease the stomach pain and discomfort that I experience most days. I don't love taking capsules however so struggled at times to take them and would prefer a pill. -

It removed stains and discoloration on my teeth and made my breath fresher though that could be improved on. I loved the whitening effects though as it made a huge difference.
