I really enjoyed this dry shampoo by Colab. I didn’t find the application to be anything particularly special - aerosol spray, nothing unique - but the smell of the Paradise scented one was great. There was a nice light fresh scent, and it didn’t smell like your grandmas hairspray like so many of the other dry shampoos out there. Overall I quite liked this and will buy again. -

I tried the CND cuticle pen and initially thought this was amazing. However very quickly I struggled to get enough of the product to come out of the brush, and found it awkward to use on both hands. I really liked the idea but the execution fell short for me, and unless they fix the pen functionality, I will not be purchasing this again. -

I thought the twistable wand was a neat idea, however I found that the mascara got clumpy within just a couple uses. I’m not sure if maybe wiping it down before putting it away might help with the clumps, but who has time for that?? Overall I really liked the results at the start and then was less impressed shortly after. I would probably buy this again for the right price, but I wouldn’t pay the full price for it. -

I am absolutely obsessed with the Neutrogena Hydro Boost line and this body balm is no exception. It is almost scent free, but the tiny amount of smell is light and fresh and perfect. The texture is incredible, and it goes on almost like air, leaving zero greasiness behind. The balm moisturizes for the day for sure - I don’t know about the 24 hour claim it makes, but it does an incredible job. This line is the best moisturizer I have ever used and this particular product is amazing. -

I am always looking for hair products to make my wavy hair look more beachy and less frizzy. This Joico hair texturizer did a great job of taking the frizz, however it did make my hair feel a bit straw like. The smell was a bit too chemical for my tastes as well. Overall I liked the results but the finer details were a bit lacking. I will buy this again for the right price. -

I received this product to try for free in exchange for my honest review - and I was quite pleased! Breyers Delights Raspberry Fudge ice cream is only 90 calories a serving (which is only 1/4 of the tub, and since no one actually only eats that much, that’s the equivalent of 360 calories for the entire tub). I didn’t have high expectations - however it was quite tasty. The raspberry flavour was prevalent without being too sweet, and the fudge was a nice break. The texture was a bit on the icy side, as I expect from lower calorie ice cream, however it was still nice and smooth. Overall I will purchase this again when I want a treat without the calories. -

I received this Aveeno peel off face mask as part of a promotion in exchange for my honest review. I quite liked it. I love a good peel off face mask! The smell was minimal and the mask went on my face smoothly and easily with minimal mess. I relaxed while the mask did it’s work - and while it dried my face did feel somewhat pinched and tight as is the norm with peel off masks. When I removed the mask, however, my face felt smooth and moisturized.
I will likely purchase this mask again - I found it effective and it was a nice way to relax and unwind!

I received this overnight face mask for free to try and review, and I was so excited! An overnight mask??? Yes please!
The applicator thing on the packaging is different - it’s nice to be able to apply the mask without touching it, although I found it a bit tricky to navigate around my nose and eyebrows. I kept having to apply more to these areas. The mask itself is light and didn’t make my skin feel pinched like masks generally do to me. However, the instant I put it on my eyes started to water uncontrollably and wouldn’t stop. And I definitely didn’t get any in my eyes!
The next morning when I washed off the mask, my skin did feel nice and smooth, however my eyes continued to water.
I tried the mask again the following night, this time avoiding anywhere that could get near my eyes at all to the same end.
Perhaps I had a reaction to this mask, but I will not purchase this again because of the eye watering problem.
