I received this Aveeno peel off face mask as part of a promotion in exchange for my honest review. I quite liked it. I love a good peel off face mask! The smell was minimal and the mask went on my face smoothly and easily with minimal mess. I relaxed while the mask did it’s work - and while it dried my face did feel somewhat pinched and tight as is the norm with peel off masks. When I removed the mask, however, my face felt smooth and moisturized.
I will likely purchase this mask again - I found it effective and it was a nice way to relax and unwind!

I received this overnight face mask for free to try and review, and I was so excited! An overnight mask??? Yes please!
The applicator thing on the packaging is different - it’s nice to be able to apply the mask without touching it, although I found it a bit tricky to navigate around my nose and eyebrows. I kept having to apply more to these areas. The mask itself is light and didn’t make my skin feel pinched like masks generally do to me. However, the instant I put it on my eyes started to water uncontrollably and wouldn’t stop. And I definitely didn’t get any in my eyes!
The next morning when I washed off the mask, my skin did feel nice and smooth, however my eyes continued to water.
I tried the mask again the following night, this time avoiding anywhere that could get near my eyes at all to the same end.
Perhaps I had a reaction to this mask, but I will not purchase this again because of the eye watering problem.

I received the Aveeno Maxglow infusion drops to try for free as part of a promotion. I tried it both on its own as well as combined with moisturizer in the morning as suggested by the instructions. On its own two drops in the palm of my hand was plenty - maybe even a bit much as I ended up with some excess on my hands. It felt fairly greasy initially but absorbed quickly. My skin felt very smooth and moisturized following, and that feeling lasted most of the day (although not into the next day as promised on the package). When I combined it with moisturizer, however, I really didn’t notice any improvement. After a few days of using this, I found my skin to be softer and looked brighter.
I will likely purchase this product again in the future, but won’t be using it combined with moisturizer.

When I first received this item for free to review, I figured it would just be another body lotion. I was SO wrong. This Neutrogena Hydro Boost Body Gel is the best....it smells nice and light and fresh. It’s like putting water on your skin - immediately absorbs, doesn’t feel even slightly greasy, and the best part is it moisturizes better than any of my traditional lotions. I’m obsessed. I will purchase this again and again! -

I received Dove Men+ Care body wash (endurance + comfort) as part of a promotion in exchange for my honest review. I was very excited to try it, as I’ve used Dive body wash in the past and always been pleased. This did not disappoint! The smell was fresh and clean without being overpowering, and my skin felt moisturized and clean after use. I will certainly purchase this item again in future, for both myself and my teenage son. I would recommend this product highly to friends! -

I received Dove Men+ Care dry spray deodorant as part of promotion. I’ve never used dry spray deodorant before, and initially thought this was a great idea - no stickiness or wetness to deal with. The active fresh scent I received smelled nice without being too overwhelming. However, after only a couple hours and a light walk, I started to notice some body odour, and I wasn’t even sweating heavily! I tried the deodorant a few more times with the same result. I was overall disappointed with the longevity of the deodorant, and will not be purchasing this product again or recommending it to my friends. -

I received the Dove Men+ Care charcoal + clay face and body bar to try in exchange for my honest review. When I opened the package I was initially skeptical - the colour is a little odd and I wasn’t sure what to make of it. Once I used it though, I was pleasantly surprised. The soap lathers up nicely - not too many bubbles and not rough feeling on my skin. The smell is enough to be refreshing without being overwhelming. The best part, however, was this products effectiveness. I typically prefer liquid body wash products, as I find the feeling of soap on my skin too drying no matter how much rinsing I do. This soap wasn’t like that at all! It rinsed away without the typical soap drying feeling, and left my skin feeling clean and fresh without feeling tight and dry. I will be purchasing this again in future and would recommend this product. -

I tried out Bobbi Brown Luxe Liquid Lip High Shine for the first time and liked the colour immediately. The colour saturation is excellent and it provides great long lasting coverage. I didn’t find this product to be particularly shiny however, despite its title. I also found that my lips felt quite dry after application which I didn’t enjoy. Overall I will certainly use the one tube I have, but I’m not entirely sure I will purchase this again when empty. -

I used Bio Oil for a couple of weeks and found it to be effective. It left my skin soft and moisturized, and I found that it helped minimize some of the bumps I have on my upper arms. The negative with Bio Oil is that it does feel greasy when I first apply it, and I find I have to wait 5-10 minutes before getting dresssd in fear of staining my clothes. -

I have many makeup brushes, but tried the Nude by Nature Flawless brush as part of a promotion. I really liked the soft fluffy feel of the brush, and the coverage was perfect - I found I used less product while using this applicator. The price tag is pretty high though so I’m not entirely sure I would have purchased it otherwise. Now that I have the brush though, it will likely become my go to powder and blush applicator. -
