They have an easy to use applicator that allows me to keep the patch clean and in place. I simply place it on, remove the tab and let it go to work. I found it worked best for me at night time, however you could wear it in the day also. I love how lightweight it is, you cannot even tell it is there and the next morning I saw a smaller pimple, so it worked well.
