I’ve tried Black Cohosh , effective for a while but then not anymore. I’ve tried yam cream estrogen, effective for a while but then not. Now this one . Also no good for me. At least the snow is here so I can sit by an open window when my hot flashes hit. Thanks to Butterly for letting me try this product. -
