For somebody who is scent-sensitive, I was pleasantly surprised by how unoffensive and actually pleasing this product was! I normally shy away from using any type of car air freshener because I find the smells to be overpowering, however this one was terrific because you could adjust the strength of the scent.
I also loved that it was long-lasting. Great product!

My hair is notoriously dry and damaged so I have been trying desperately to find a great shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo had a faint scent of banana which I wasn't the hugest fan of but as soon as I got the lather in I could tell my hair was loving it! It lathered up really well and rinsed easily. My hair felt soft and detangled after and much shinier. Love it! -

I was very excited to try this product since I have no prior experience with teeth whitening, and, being an avid coffee drinker I am looking to get some shiny new chompers :)
The product requires that you follow the instructions to a tee which I did. I did find the sizing of the strips a bit large for my mouth/gums so there was a bit of overhang.
a plus was the quick turnaroudn time since I'm a mom with an active toddler so anything that is 'express' is just fine by me!
After leaving the product on for about an hour, my gums/teeth did feel some irritation. This would be the only reason I would not reco this product, especially for anybody who has sensitive teeth or gums.
I did notice that my teeth were whiter but not by much so I'm assuming continued usage would give me the results I am looking for. Overall - not great for the irritability factor but as far as results, yes they were there.

I have coloured/bleached Asian hair that is long (about 14 inches). I haven't been having much luck lately with hair care so I've been trying tons of conditioners! This one actually worked really well - pleasant, not too strong scent and felt light when applying. Left on for a few minutes while I showered and then rinsed out. The conditioner left my damaged hair feeling soft and silky - amazing! I'm so happy to finally be able to claim a conditioner as 'the best one'! -

I had some balayage colour done in my Asian hair about 2 months ago. Since the colour goes from dark brown to a gradual fade of light blonde at the ends, I need a super conditioner to ensure no breakage/lots of moisture.
I was using a salon brand that I purchased but recently ran out. Decided to give this one a try. It doesnt lather very well, leaves a sticky residue that requires a TON of rinsing (which, when you're a time crunched mama like moi is not good) and worst of all - hair is tangled and hard to brush out! Definitely would not reco this.

The disposable swimpants from Huggies were awesome! With a backyard pool at his granddad's place, Baby H loves to go swimming whenever the weather permits :) These actually worked better than a cloth swimdiaper for us - there was no leakage or gappage between him and the diaper. We use Huggies diapers regularly and these are just as great quality as the regular diapers. Would totally recommend these! -

Hubby and I eat sushi often and we struggle with finding the perfect mix of quality and price. Gonoe is definitely our ideal combination of the two. The fish is always fresh, the rolls inventive and the variety enough to satisfy your pickiest sushi aficionado. While the ambiance is your typical japanese sushi restaurant and the service can be spotty (meaning super friendly but sometimes a long wait), this resto is worth the trip to midtown. Reservations are recommended for the weekend - the space is rather small and it is always busy! Faves are the Diablo roll and Canadian Bacon Roll. -

A friend recommended Bravado to me and I haven't looked back since. I stocked up on the nursing bras as well as the Essential Nursing Tank. What a great find! The tank comes in a few basic colours - I got black and white. The functionality is great - each strap unsnaps easily and snaps back easily too. The built in bra cups keep your girls in place and in shape. The perfect length means no worrying about exposing your midriff/postnatal tummy when you swing baby overhead. The tank even keeps your tummy sucked in a bit! I find this item is truly an Essential for any nursing mother. -

FInally a chance to relax sans baby! Met up with some girlfriends to get a pedicure. Though our online booking was nowhere to be found - we didn't wait long at all to be slotted in. There were 6 of us, and we didn't get to sit together however I didn't mind since I was there for maximum relaxation so not chatting for a bit was fine for me. The massage chair was ridiculously good - as was my pedicurist. She gave a terrific foot massage. While the service was SUPER quick (for those who like to chill out, this may not be the place) everything was done efficiently, in a friendly manner and with great results. We were all in and out within an hour (including drying and some gals had both mani and pedi done) which gave us time to grab a coffee nearby and chat. -
