This Quest bar is delicious and tastes like an Oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. There are large chunks of chocolate. If you warm this in the microwave for 30 seconds it bakes into a flavor or freshly baked cookies chocolate chunks melt throughout.The bar is sweet but not overly sweet. The bar itself is nice and chewy and does not have an aftertaste of protein powder. I enjoyed this equally when warmed and not warmed.
This bar can be purchased for around $5 at Shopper's Drug Mart. You can also sometimes find it on sale for 3 for $12.

The Cookies and cream flavor is not very flavorable. It does leave an aftertaste in your mouth of the imitation sugar they use. It has the chalky texture of protein powder. It certainly is healthy for you if you can get past the aftertaste.

I have tried many different multivitamins and most were too big for me, and chopping them up is sometimes not the best way to go. I then discovered Centrum chewables for people over 50. I was in my 40s but with the vitamins it includes it was a great forumula for me. These are completely chewable or suckable and have a great flavor, no aftertast or medicine taste. -
