Hatch is known for doing some incredible specialty roasting. With a name like Chocoatado, I am expecting deep cocoa, sweetness, and a velvety body. Right off the bat, the aroma is incredible. It doesn't just smell like 'coffee'—it smells like chocolate milk. It’s super inviting. They nailed the name. Right at the front, you get this incredibly smooth, sweet milk chocolate note. It's not bitter cocoa or bitter coffee; it’s sweet and creamy. As it cools down a second, there's a really nice, balanced sweetness to it, incredibly easy to drink. Final verdict? If you are a fan of classic, comforting, dessert-like coffees that you can drink every single morning without getting tired of it, the Hatch Chocoatado is a massive win. I'd give this a solid 9 out of 10. I just wish I could taste coffee more!

I’m usually the person who waits until I feel a scratchy throat to start chugging Vitamin C, but this forced me to think about my health more like a marathon than a sprint.
Here’s my take on what it’s actually like to use it:
What I Loved:
• These capsules are clean and natural, I never got that weird "herbal aftertaste" or an upset stomach, even when I took them with just a light snack.
• I didn’t get sick, even with the recent drastic temperature and weather changes!
The drawbacks:
• The Price Tag: It’s definitely an investment. You aren't paying drugstore prices, but for me, the privilege of not being sick makes the price worth it.
• Consistency is Key: You can't just take this once and expect a miracle. I had to set a reminder on my phone to make sure I took it every day to really see the benefits.
Overall, a comprehensive solution to dodge that dreaded seasonal flu or cold!

• The Tweak: My only note for improvement? I’d love to see them switch from the current nylon/plastic sachets to organic fiber bags. It would make this premium experience feel even better for the planet and my health!
