I actually expected it to be more crunchy than it really is. I made some sandwiches with it. I sprinkled it on my daal. I could not feel the crunch. The taste is very subtle. It's very good and it's very clean. The only problem I have is the crunch because I love crunchy stuff specially when it is supposed to be crunchy, but this was not on point crunch.

Usually, when I make pizza, the prepping of the door takes so much time and I don't even feel it healthy but with 16 grains pizza dough the prep time was near to nothing. I need the dough and it was ready to go and it was so crispy as I like it and so easy to make and it takes less time than the regular pizza and it is way healthier 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

Whenever I try some healthy westernized food, I'm always scared that it will not have any flour, but that was not the case with millet family. Their noodles were amazing. I did not add much of spices, just salt and red pepper, and they still tasted really good and despite being noodles, they were very light and healthy, and I was able to work after eating those usually when I eat noodles I feel sleepy but not here. I guess the Amaranth is working. But I really loved the noodles and I would love to discover more products from the brand.

They are not overly sweet mix so well into the water does not feel heavy when I drink it and makes me feel hydrated all day long. If you are looking for electrolytes this is the one.
