I love Natur-a Soy Beverage Cappuccino! If you love drinking coffee, you’ll love this flavour. It has no lactose, high in protein, and made with real coffee. I love putting it in the freezer until it turns half frozen like slush. Tastes so good! Every time I see it on sale, I stock up! Natur-a Soy Beverage Cappuccino replaced my addiction of Tim Horton’s Iced Cap which is full of sugar and high in calories. I highly recommend it! -

I received the Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher for black hair. I used it on my hairline’s gray roots and i find that it’s harder to cover them up so I had to use a soft toothbrush to apply the colour. Or else get black spots along the hairline which doesn’t look too good. I find that the root retoucher doesn’t dry fully. Don’t wear light coloured clothing on that day or lean against someone with a white shirt on or a white sofa -

I have been using Liv Simple Farms’ Goats Milk Soaps for three years now. In the winter my skin gets drier. I’ve used other brands before but I didn’t find them all naturally made. I came upon Liv Simple Farms’ Goats Milk Soaps at a One of a Kind Show three years ago. I gifted a couple of their soaps to one of my friends and her husband only uses it to clean his face. He said it made his face feel softer. -

I've been using it for three weeks now and see a great improvement. No more frantic scratching. Also works in clearing the odd pimple! I love it that it is organic and has few ingredients; and it's made in Canada. I highly recommend it if you have eczema or very dry skin. -

Rolling Meadow Grass Fed 2% plain yogurt

Regular price is about $10-$11 but look for it when they go on sale for $8 or less for the 2 lb bag. -

Love the citrusy scent. You won't find it in pharmacies. I get it when the company exhibits in The One of A Kind Show or the Cabbagetown Festival (Toronto).
